Q: How do I get paid?
Upon registering as a sales representative, you will need to provide your bank account information and we will authenticate your account in order to pay you commissions.
Q: When do I get paid?
You may want to watch the commission 101 video to better answer this question. However, you earn a commission whenever product is sold. Due to our 14-day return policy you cannot be paid until we are not in risk of a return. Once that 14-day period expires you will be paid, which falls on the third week after the sale. This policy avoids charge backs to the sales rep, even though our return rate is less than 1%.
Q: I made my first sale but never received payment?
If you did not receive payment one of two things has happened. Your commission has not met our minimum $25 requirement, or we do not have your banking account information. If we do have your account information, please keep in mind it takes 3-5 business days to set up.
Q: Will I be notified when I make a sale?
Yes, you will be notified via email when a sale is made if you set up that notification on your dashboard. If you need assistance watch the help video under the GETTING STARTED tab on the dashboard menu on the left side.
Q: Do I make the same commission if I join for free?
How do I set up my landing page?
Once you pay for your landing page please go to your dashboard by logging in as a sales representative. Next, load your picture and a bio on your profile page.
Q: As a sales representative, do I need to be exclusive to CBD BioCare?
No, we only ask that you respect our sales representatives and customers and do not try to cross sell, or recruit to your other businesses.
Q: What if someone is already a sales representative with CBD BioCare and they want to join my team?
We do not move sales reps once they come aboard. We are not a multi-level marketing company. That being said, you are free to work with other sales reps to share ideas and collaborate.
