Where does our CBD come from – CBD Source
Our product comes from the most trusted suppliers in the industry who adhere by the laws and superior growing practices to ensure the best quality product. All growers must meet our supreme standards to be accepted and made into our final product. These farmers take great pride in farming and producing the purest hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD) in the world and employ only the highest quality standards and scientific processes to deliver premium hemp product solutions.
Our suppliers only provide premium whole-plant hemp products, grown on US family farms, processed into bulk ingredients in the US, and then manufactured in FDA compliant facilities. Each batch is 3rd party tested to ensure purity, consistency and quality. Each partner farm operates under state licenses from their states Department of Agriculture in accordance with section 7606 of the U.S. Farm Bill.
3rd Party Testing
We pride ourselves in the quality and purity of our oil and we want to you to feel confident that you are buying the best full spectrum CBD oil available. Our oil is tested from plant to product. First, it is tested at the farm to ensure it complies with the 2014 Farm Bill in terms of THC content of less than .3%. It is also tested for pathogens at that time. Once it has the golden seal of approval it is sent to the manufacturer.
Once it arrives at the manufacturer, before it can be bottled it once again has to be tested for quality. Once it is approved it is bottled in an FDA registered, food grade facility. From the manufacturer it is sent to CBD BioCare. We then randomly select bottles and test it again for quality and potency. So, by the time you receive your purchase, you can be assured it has been tested multiple times.
How to read the COA’s
The Certificate of Analysis provides information on the quality and potency of each concentration of our oils. This testing is done on a regular basis. This document may appear confusing and overwhelming, but the information is actually simple to read and important to know. On the left side of the document there is an image of the bottle accompanied by a list of pesticides, microbials, and several other items. You will notice that these items are marked as Not Tested (NT). CBD BioCare’s oil is tested for cannabinoid content. Beneath this area you will see a THC and CBD weight percentage.
Reminder: This is weight not volume.
If you look at the 1000 mg for example. The CBD amount states 3.345% in weight. In terms of the amount of mg per bottle, that is actually 33.45mg. You can see that is further demonstrated on the right side, under the cannabinoid profile. Furthermore, if you want to determine the total number of cannabinoids per bottle you would multiply the total number of cannabinoids and in this case that would be 33.88mg and multiply that by the size of the bottle.
33.88mg x 30ml = 1016.40 mg
This bottle is testing higher than the 1000mg stated on the bottle. There can be a 15% variance.
How do you arrive at 40mg per serving?
33.88mg x 1.2ml (serving size) = 40.65 mg
What is a terpene profile?
Terpenes are organic essential oils that are found in plants that give them distinct aromas. Pine trees have high terpene counts as do citrus, lavender and so many others. They are very profound in cannabis as well. But terpenes are believed to provide more than great aroma and even flavor to a plant. In cannabis, many experts believe they also provide medicinal value.
So far, there are more than 200 terpenes that have been identified in hemp. About 60 of them are being studied for their potential medicinal benefits. The highest concentrations are found in the leaves and flowers and that is yet another reason whole plant extraction is preferred. These terpenes are essential and help create the entourage effect of our robust full spectrum CBD oil.

We know that because it is tested multiple times before arriving on your doorstep.
Our suppliers work in conjunction with scientists, developers, agronomists, lab researchers as well as partnerships with several Universities. They are leading the industry in growing and extractions techniques that produce the cleanest full spectrum CBD oil available.
Hemp is legal to ship to all 50 states and more than 40 countries as long as it has very low THC. It cannot cause a high because it has no psychoactive properties but rather is considered to be a superfood. This is not shock to the government. In fact, in 2003 the US Department of Health and Human Services secured a patent stating that some of the cannabinoids found in hemp are "antioxidants and neuroprotectants."
Many people are confused over the legality of hemp, because hemp is not available for general farming like wheat, corn and soy. Until 2014, only imported hemp was federally legal in the US. There is still lots of hemp products imported into the United States from China, Canada and Europe.
The 2014 Farm Bill is responsible for clearing the passage of hemp to be grown on domestic soil. Section 7606 conveyed to state Department of Agriculture’s, and institutions of higher learning, the ability to grow, cultivate, process and market hemp so long as research projects were conducted in accordance with corresponding state and federal laws.
Not all Hemp Sources are Created Equal
True industrial hemp is genetically inferior to medicinal hemp which is what CBD BioCare offers, yet it is defined the same way by the regulatory agencies. It is not uncommon to hear other companies state that CBD must come from overseas to be legal, this is simply not true thanks to the 2014 US Farm Bill section 7606. As demand for CBD continues to grow, so too will the synthetic forms of CBD hitting the market from overseas and even domestic suppliers. Now more than ever consumers need to be aware of where their CBD comes from to ensure it is clean and not laden with chemicals or unhealthy practices.
