Hi! Many of you will know my story, as you've walked alongside me through the years. For my new friends, welcome and thank you for checking out my bio.

I was active, like any 22 year old, when my health started to decline. First it was the severe and inexplicable chronic pain in my body. Later, fatigue and headaches and with that the inability to think clearly. It took years for any answers but my move back to the States from Australia did bring with it a diagnosis...or two. Now, with the more immediate support of my truly wonderful family, I am on a road that is bringing and will continue to bring healing and fullness once again. My more recent discovery of CBD oils and creams have been another of the blessings of being back in this country. My insomnia this last Winter was at it's all time worst and I was ready to try most things. I did try most things. I ordered the CBD oil and had more sleep the first night. I was overly eager and took a full dose. I recommend starting low and working up :D Later, I ordered the pain balm for my sore muscles and stiff neck and this has been a great help, especially with relaxing into bed.

There are a plethora of CBD companies out there now but I have chosen CBD BioCare because it is made in the USA, is organic and full spectrum, 3rd party tested multiple times and bottled in FDA approved facility (while local products can be great, I worry about facility standards).
