Cancellation policy

This policy applies to subscriptions ("Subscribe & Save") and any other recurring purchase options offered at CBD BioCare.

How subscriptions work

  • When you choose a subscription, you agree to automatic recurring charges to your payment method at the delivery frequency you selected, at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
  • Your subscription price and frequency are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
  • There is no minimum number of orders. You may cancel at any time.

How to skip, change, or cancel

  • Online: log in to your account at www.cbdbiocare.com and open "Manage Subscriptions" to skip a delivery, change products, quantity, or frequency, update payment or shipping details, or cancel.
  • By email: contact customercare@cbdbiocare.com with your name and order number and we will make the change for you.
  • To affect your next order, make changes at least 3 days before your next billing date. Changes made after an order has been charged apply to the following order.
  • When you cancel, no further charges will be made. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation.

Charges already processed

  • Subscription orders that have already been charged or shipped are covered by our Refund Policy and its 14-day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • If you were charged for a renewal you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the charge. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Price and product changes

  • If we change the price of a subscription product, we will notify you by email before the new price applies to your next order. You may cancel before then without any charge.
  • If a subscribed product is discontinued or can no longer be shipped to your address, we will notify you and cancel or adjust that item. You will not be charged for it.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will notify you and may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
